A popular place in the 90s on Berlin's Friedrichstrasse - now boarded up for at least 8 years if I recall it correctly. Most probably a victim of real estate speculation as the neighbouring plots - most notably the former "Tacheles" culture / art centre - have been rebuilt over the past years.
Amazingly enough, the chalkboard still advertises live music on Fridays and Saturdays after all this time...
