Helicopter flying overhead, La Honda, San Mateo County, California

In July, 2019, the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a.k.a. PG&E, conducted surveys of the electrical wire system in our region of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

 

The helicopter is a Bell 206L-3 LongRanger III; in this view we can see the devise being used in the survey—a Sharper Shape (the package with a large dongle, at the front of the helicopter).
