Midway station on the preserved Ffestiniog Railway. Closed with the line in 1946, it reopened in 1958 and for a decade was the eastern terminus before the line was extended, eventually to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Here the morning’s Mountain spirit service is heading back to Porthmadog.
