Former station on the Caledonian Railway's line between Glasgow and Dumbarton, not to be confused with the station of the same name on the former North British Railway's, line - both the station and the line are still operating. This one closed in 1951, 13 years before the line. NCN 7 cycle route runs past the overgrown platform.
