Summit Silhouette

Some smoke from forest fires in California had begun to trickle in overnight, but in spite of the haze Mount Baker was still visible from Eagle Mountain in Abbotsford on an otherwise fine morning. While it hasn't erupted since the mid-19th century, this dormant volcano has become progressively more active since 1975.
