yumm, syrup!

Tir a l'erable (pardon the lack of accents), is a popular food activity in Quebec during the winter. Basically hot syrup is poured on snow and then you take a popsicle stick and roll it in the syrup before it hardens and then bon appetit. Pretty darn tasty.
