Barnes&Noble Store Space

Barnes & Noble provides little to no seating. When they do, they provide uncomfortable chairs. They have unutilized space and poorly utilized space (DVDs, music). Have you ever bought a movie or CD from B&N? I haven't…. They need to differentiate from Amazon by getting customers IN the stores and then having them feel "comfortable" there with a cup of coffee and a nice seat to browse some books before buying them. Otherwise, they are TOAST.
