Sacramento Light: Prototype/Mock-up
This is a test run I built for a pendant light design. The acrylic shade is meant to represent a thick cast glass, while the black center shade is meant to represent a blackened steel plate.
The cast glass, which will be used in the "real" version, is meant to give the light a hand made feel, as is the blackened steel. Such materials are yet to be procured. If anyone knows of a glass artist in San Francisco that can make cast glass, let me know!
