Homage week continues with the Beyonce album cover for her single, "Irreplaceable." I did this one for two reasons: 1)showing a little home town pride, and 2)every time I do a theme week it is exhausting, and this is number five of seven for me with two more days to go.
Say what you will about Beyonce and on an unrelated note, the likes of Kim Kardashian, but both have landed in the spotlight of fame by whatever means, and as women traditionally it is difficult to build a legit brand or empire under your own name, and both have done it. It's such a remarkable thing to behold a powerful woman in charge of her life and her own Destiny (get it, get it, because Beyonce was in Destiny's Child...yeah, I know, no one cares about that group anymore!)
Anyway, not a hard stretch to do this one today. I'm more excited about July 1 which will be the halfway point of year three, yes, threeee, of my 365 project.
