Sooo....my fellow supe woudn't trade a day with me, so I had to take today off to avoid getting OT, and boy did it suck. The weather was SHITE....AGAIN...and I wasn't really in the mood to go outside and deal with rain and whipping winds for the umpteenth day, so I spent my day indoors, bored....but then I thought, might as well get some portrait practice in, and what better victim, then myself. The photo came out sort of meh. Not quite what I wanted, but hey, practice, practice, practice, makes perfect.
In other news, last night I watched Paranormal Activity and hey, LOOK, my new tripod is in the movie. Shweet! For all the freaking out everyone talked about, I saw this movie at like 3 in the morning, and went right to bed after with no dreams or nightmares at all. SPOILER ALERT: I did have to give them props for the sliding her body out of the bed trick. That looked freaky deaky, but everything else was sort of like okay powder on the floor, bite marks...I mean granted if that were real and happening to me I'd be a cat to claws to ceiling person, but for a movie...only so so. What got me was the Japanese version of the Ring. When that movie was over, for some reason I just sat there, and the movie ran through the credits, and then my tv went all staticky and right at that moment, my phone rang....holy crap!
