Shopsmart

Totem Lake Mall in Kirkland, Washington is still holding on, despite having been nearly empty for years now. The place is making something of a comeback - two furniture stores have opened in the past year.

I don't know what an "Upscale Flea Market" is supposed to be - it was more less my understanding that "flea market" and "upscale" didn't belong in the same sentence. For the time being, I suspect that it's just marketing speak, designed to make people less self-conscious about shopping at a flea market in a nearly empty suburban mall.

Given that today was Black Friday, I wonder if they're behind schedule on opening, or if they planned, for some reason, to miss one of the heaviest shopping days of the Christmas season.
