Challenge 16

Imported photo into Lightroom2.

Adjusted the exposure to make it lighter.

Used a graduation adjustment on the sky to bring out the detail in the clouds.

Used adjustment brush to add clarity to the clouds.

I reduced the luminance of the blue to darken the sky.

Finally took it into photoshop and used noise ninja on the sky.
