Head Above Water, at Gabriel’s Pier alongside the River Thames on London’s, South Bank, Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018 is seen against the setting sun. Head Above Water, is a breath taking, 9 metre high sculpture by British designer/Sculptor, Steuart Padwick. The sculpture which is deliberately neutral in gender, ethnicity and age will stand as a symbol of hope, bravery, compassion and positivity in support of the Time to Change campaign to remove the stigma of mental illness.
