Head Above Water, London, Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018.
Head Above Water, at Gabriel’s Pier alongside the River Thames on London’s, South Bank, Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018. Head Above Water, is a breath taking, 9 metre high sculpture by British designer/Sculptor, Steuart Padwick. The sculpture which is deliberately neutral in gender, ethnicity and age will stand as a symbol of hope, bravery, compassion and positivity in support of the Time to Change campaign to remove the stigma of mental illness. In the background London's Blackfrairs Bridge and buildings in the City of London. At night it is lit with different colours to reflect the moods of the brain and the public will be able to interact and influence these via Twitter (@hawLDN).
