Head Above Water, under construction at Gabriel’s Pier alongside the River Thames on London’s, South Bank, Friday, Sept. 14, 2018 , is a breath taking, 9 metre high sculpture by British designer/Sculptor, Steuart Padwick. The sculpture which is deliberately neutral in gender, ethnicity and age will stand as a symbol of hope, bravery, compassion and positivity in support of Time to Change’s campaign to remove the stigma of mental illness.
