A 3-song promo CD released by RCA in late 2002. The first two tracks are unmixed versions of the tracks on the 2-song CD/7" released by HHR in January 2002. "(No Title) New Song" is a demo version of Seafrost. All songs were recorded by Paul Kolderie and Sean Slade at the Outpost in Stoughton, MA and Q Division in Somerville, MA on August 8th-12th, 2001.
