One of our sherman traps under a white fir under mature ponderosa pines, just below Hidden Forest Ridge near Hayford Peak, Desert National Wildlife Refuge, Clark Co., Nevada. (Based upon his fieldnotes, we think that this is where GM Christman collected his last Tamias umbrinus on 11 June 1963.)
