Abandoned 1940's-50's 12.5kV SRP Transformer Bank Structure
This is a very old abandoned transformer bank structure that was part of a line that was feed by a line that ran east-to-west (this is facing southeast).
This is located along the edge of an abandoned dirt road that was used before the interstate was built and is right next to a park (north from where this structure is). Of course if these were still energized, they would just be too dangerous with the park just feet away.
I've seen more of these substations around with transformers. I plan to take some shots once I get the chance!
