Armless Construction w/ Riser (sideways)
This is a 13.8 kV armless construction with a sideways riser located on E Hayestown Rd in Danbury. The brackets are the classic thin "chicken-wing" ones, with a bit of malalignment. Also note the support arm holding some of the communications cables. And judging by the quality of the pole wood, this was probably built in the late 70's or early 80's.
The Hayestown area is still a haven for armless construction.
