Young boy from the nearby fishing village in Chirala Beach... bad schools, bad health care, and bad nutrition... and now potentially the pollution entering the food chain... the Infant Mortality Rate in Srikakulam, a coastal district in A.P., had been reduced to 60/1000 ten years ago... it has shot up again to 68-70/1000....
