Supported-Oak-Tree--
This Major Oak tree is estimated to be over 800 years old it is in Sherwood forest and is supported by Chains and Crutches.
A laser scanner was used to light up the tree a video taken by Mat Collishaw. and exhibited at Kew Gardens, London.
This photograph was taken of a slice of the video, there was a big reflection in the foreground plus other surrounds. I simplified the image in post processing and produced this image.
