Wagyu MB4+, whatever that means, on sale at the local grocery, and cooked up by me for a tasty dinner with a side of digital New Yorker. Ok, I guess it's the score on a scale of marbling in the beef. This piece had quite a bit, which is a good thing, in my estimation.
