Project Strobist 120/365 Capturing motion

I've been thinking about capturing motion like this for a long time, ever since I saw

www.flickr.com/photos/carlistaire888/3800344753/ .Alex's tennis pictures, Days 107 and 113, I had this idea in mind. I think dancing is more effective. Some of my tries my face was in agony and so it looked like I was running in hell. This one is more in focus, and I didn't really want to capture myself in hell.
