It was once known as the Country Tiara Restaurant opened by LaPerche "Ma" Peasley in 1965. I do not know when the restaurant closed. The Maverick's sign appears to be a recent attempt at business here. When my wife (pictured) was a teenager, she worked here a few years when LaPerche opened for business.
