Empty stone train 711 is tied down at Rock Cut in Akron, Ohio behind a trio of SD40-2s, the lead of which is a former CEFX lease unit that had spent the last several years prior to Wheeling & Lake Erie ownership on CSX. It was formerly the CEFX 2814.
