Thy daily bread .
On January the 7th last the the state health authority announced there was going to be a 3 day Lockdown .. only 3 days mind you and all supermarkets and food suppliers will be opened as usual and this is what happened in the bread isle of my local supermarket . The toilet paper isle had sufficient stocks I believe , not like the silly nonsense that took place in March last year after the first announcement that the country would be going in to a protracted Lockdown for some time . Here in Australia there was a rush on toilet paper of all things , not food items but toilet paper , theres no rational reasoning behind that stupidity , people were even selling it on the black market at inflated prices . Toilet paper , its hard to believe . Now getting back to this situation Thy daily bread was in no supply at all here , let alone a choice of any description . The lady pushing the trolly is wearing a face mask which will become mandatory the next day to wear in Lockdown mode if you go outside the the confines of your homes front door . We are still wearing face masks in confined spaces in public places , shops , offices , on public transport .. and supermarkets .
And you thought it was all hot rod cars and boats ..
