The “Maximum Effort” award goes to Bullseye. She's got more energy than focus, but you've got to admire her enthusiasm. Maybe she'll catch something eventually... or maybe she'll just tire herself out. Her mama was Scuba Sue, who dives all the way underwater. She’ll figure it out.
