Piston from some aircraft engine!

This Piston is on display in the Wellington Aviation Museum in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

 

I therefore assume it is a piston of the type used in an aircraft enginet hat once powered the Vickers-Armstrong Wellington during World war Two!
