Mammoet Van Oord's Jumping Jack and the written off Pilot 3

Great Yarmouth Pilot Vessel No 3 and Mammoet Van Oord's Jumping Jack .

This boat was moored in the River Yare almost opposite where the Mammoet Van Oord's Jumping Jack jack-up barge was. A passing supply vessel squashed the Pilot vessel into the harbour wall whereupon it sunk and was later retrieved and deemed a write-off! The supply vessel pilot claimed that having the Jumping Jack in the river had changed the flow of water and the supply vessel had got caught in a flow and this resulted in the accident.
