It is a long way from the mid-west of the US to Croydon in South London but interestingly this US paint manufacturer does appear to have had a sales branch in the UK. 85 North End, Croydon, is given as the address and a webpage on the history of Croydon also shows they at one point were based in London Rd in the town.
The shade card for 'enamelozed paint' shows very typical illustrations of 'house beautiful' in a very American vernacular that would have been hard to find in 1930s Britain!
