Metropolitan Borough of St Marylebone Council tiled plaque at Fisherton St housing scheme, London

Many of London's 'improved' housing schemes built by the London County Council have marvellous tiled plaques - this is a rarer Metropolitan Borough Council version. The St Marylebone Council existed from 1900 until 1965 when it was then merged to formed part of the new City Of Westminster.
