This simple cover - just using one colour and the buff card is by one of the great 20th century designers, Edward McKnight Kauffer. The printing is also interesting in that the Kynoch Press, the printing arm of Imperial Chemical Industries, was a highly regarded print house who undertook work such as this for external bodies.
