Hmm, I'm guessing this is what they call "spread-eagled"? The Vikings had a method of killing people called the "Blood Eagle" - it involved opening someone's chest and throwing their lungs over their shoulders... I think. But since this guy's lungs were removed, I though it was appropriate.
