Building 1

Wood Framing installation is complete.

Roof Trusses are moving forward at the Northside.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing rough-in is underway on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Shingle and Flat Roof Installation is underway and 35% complete.

Building weather wrap is being installed and 40% complete.

Courtyard waterproofing prep is underway.

 

Building 2

Wood Framing installation is complete.

Roof Trusses are complete, and roof sheathing is moving forward and in progress on 85% of the building.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler rough-in is complete at the 2nd floor and progressing up to the 3rd floor.

Shingle and Flat Roof Installation is underway and 65% complete.

Building weather wrap is being installed and 30% complete.

 

Building 3

Underground Rough is 100% complete

The slab is poured and waiting for wood framing to commence.

 

Building 4

Foundation is 1000% complete

Elevator shaft construction is complete

Underground Plumbing Rough is 25% complete

Underground Electrical Rough is 50% complete

 

Building 5

Foundation, underground utilities, and the slab is complete.

Progress pending framing start forecasted to for October 2018.

 

Building 6

Siding is complete.

Insulation is complete

Drywall installation is underway and 50% complete.

Site curbs are being installed

 

Sitework

Curb formwork and installation has started on Mill Road

Setting building site to final subgrade

Pump station Wet Well foundation walls are poured, and the wall formwork for the balance of building is 25% complete

Done
