The Little Match Girl
Two days ago it was 53rd anniversary of Sylvia Plath's death and today (13.02) it's 7th of Johanna Sällström.
Both women lost their lives to depression and so on 13.02 I'm lighting a candle in memory of them and all others, who sufered from mental illness, that turned fatal.
From this year a candle goes also to all other people, who were excluded, or erased from social consiousness, whether litteraly, or figuratively, specially homeless people. To all those not catched in time.
To all of us living on the margine of exisance.
This little drawn in dark quicky is therefore a small, nearly meaningless tribute and memento.
