Finding Nemo Cake

Using the chocolate method found in the Whimsical Bakehouse book, I created a Finding Nemo cake for my 3 year old.

 

One thing i love about the chocolate design is that it takes some pressure off of deadlines, since they can be done up to 2 weeks in advance; then all you have to do is create the background on the day of!
