best deviled egg, ever...

Recipe:

 

6 hardboiled eggs

 

3 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 can (5 oz) tuna in olive oil

1 tbsp capers

3 drops Tabasco sauce

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped chives (or finely chopped green onions)

1 tsp white balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice)

 

1. Halve eggs horizontally.

 

2. Transfer yolks to another bowl, and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.

 

3. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg halves. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
