Knareborough railway viaduct
The Grade II* listed viaduct spans the River Nidd at Knaresborough. It stands at approximately 30m high and a span of 100m. This four arch bridge was built in 1851 by Thomas Grainger for the Leeds and Thirsk railway after an earlier bridge started in 1847 collapsed.
