Raton Mesa and Train
A trip a few months ago had me traveling through Trinidad CO around sunset time. The day was pretty gray and cold, so when I started to get close to Trinidad I was surprised to see some sky starting to break through. I started to see some color in the sky, so I rushed to the closest exit I could find off the interstate. Luckily there happened to be a BNSF train waiting for a crew switch. I grabbed my camera, headed toward the train, fired off a few shots, and as the light started to fade I headed back to my vehicle. while walking back I noticed that I had my ISO set to 12800. I happened to be fooling around with my camera settings the day before and never switched back, so I changed the settings back to a more appropriate setting and fired of a few more shots before the light completely faded away.
