Phyllo Pie with Eggs and Winter Greens

Story and recipe on my blog. My pie came out a bit crumbly, I think, because my phyllo pastry was old. Will use fresher phyllo next time :).

 

Thanks for the comments, everyone! I wasn't satisfied with the color balance so I swapped the original photo out for a slightly different shot of the same thing.
