Test fold for 0.96....
Last post was was on the 10th, currently its the 28th! Approaching 6 months. Thats how difficult this stupid thing is. Maybe not to fold, but to make (there were many thickness & alighment issues). Now about 5 test folds later: I decided to completely refold the inner flaps section. Thus implementing a longer stretch, they now touch better. A slightly new sequence was devised for the inside of those flaps. This also lays farely flat for the most party which is good, although the model is 3D. (This refold ended up working out partially by chance).. Lastly, the final annoying thing is figuring out how to shape the center. Its also impossible to shorten the ratio. It may not be easy as its set in place with all the bottom flaps. So I would likely just have to valley the flaps in somehow at this point. I am not doing any major redesign to it, as it was tedious for me to get to this stage.
