Look at the sky, Mars will not be this close again for 30 years!
This is not what you will see. With my little camera I pointed at Mars and then at the Moon and then .... I put the images side by side for comparison.
Now I understand that there is a sand storm going on on Mars so I cannot make out the ice cap with the newly discovered lake underneath. But this is a little glimpse into the incredible universe, ruled by its own rules, with life definitely hiding out there somewhere.
