Sudbury 99p shop was the site of the Green Dragon hotel which was demolished in the early 60s when it was replaced by a Fine Fare supermarket which was replaced by Iceland which sold out to M & S which was replaced by the 99p and low & behold Iceland took over the vacant Woolworth store
