In At The Deep End
Even though I didn't know what it was going to be my teenage dream of being someone special and exciting seems to have come true, anyway I like to think I am even if it's only because I've done it. As you know never a day passes without me putting on pictures and writing about this wonderful new life. The only trouble is at Fifty I was a bit late starting to bring out my transgendered side and becoming a female. That means of course Jojo can never be young and beautiful but that doesn't stop me from trying. My biggest problem is as I've become more feminine of late I've put on some weight too and all those lovely skirts and dresses I've picked up along the way no longer zip up which as you can imagine is most dishearteniing. My latest little challenge is to try to lose half a stone over the course of the summer and I've done it before so I can do it again. I love it, so the biggest sacrifice will be my portion of trifle every day as that can't help with slimming and I'm going to cut back a little bit on the red wine too which is something else I love. I walk quite a bit and now the weather is better I hope to get out on my bicycle more. A key component in my plan is to perhaps start swimming even if it's just once a week. I might have done this before but there are certain difficulties to address first and one is finding swimwear which doesn't make it too obvious that I am a trans girl, and the other is it would be no good going in wearing my wig for as I dived in and submerged into the depths much to everyones amusement the poor thing would still be floating on the top like a poor drowned rat. However one of the items I've collected over the years is a black latex swim cap which comes right down and covers the ears. At the bottom of this pic I've put a little insert to show how my face looks without a wig and I think I still look like the woman I've become without my hair. That is important as I hate people seeing me without my wigs unless maybe under suitable headwear and a rubber cap might even look quite sexy too.
