Happy Easter
Yes I want to wish a Happy Easter to all my Jojo fans and bus friends here on Flickr. It's strange unsettling times we are having in Britain, first came all the upheavels and squabbling over Brexit, then endless rain and terrible flooding and now of course we are in the middle of a pandemic which is paralising the country so where will it all end. But I will say one thing and you know how some people say everyday is Christmas well it's a bit like that as it feels everyday seems like a stay at home Easter Sunday. Thankfully for the last week or so we've been blessed with perfect summer weather which is great for those who can at least following the restrictions venture outdoors and forget it all. One thing bothers me though and that is next thing might be a long drought like we had a couple of years ago. I must admit I'm a bit of a weather geek and I have a theory that if we get a hot spell at Easter it will end up being a wet and grey summer as the long good ones start later in June but that doesn't happen any more. It's the same with the winter for if we had cold conditions before Christmas it would be mild. Lets hope it will neither be too wet or dry as the next thing is we will be running out of food lol. Anyway I'm lucky I can adapt and I'm rather enjoying all the good things about having a lockdown, firstly there's less traffic and one can hear the birds and for the first time I've got owls in the garden, then there are no pizza takeaway fliers being pushed through the door. And think of all those little jobs around the house we now have the time to do, but someone made a good suggestion and that was maybe we have a little time to think about what what we are doing to our world.
