Cooking New Year's Day Cabbage

HOT! HOT! HOT!

 

Par-boiling the cabbage leaves for my family's traditional New Year's dish. The steam and the scent make for a wonderful feel inside the winter home.

 

It may be chilly outside, but it has been steaming warm and delicious inside!
