The Herse, finally finished. It is going to Bicycle Quarterly for review, which will appear in the winter issue.
There are many unique features on this bike that can't be appreciated in a single photograph. I take no credit for the bike other than polishing the bell and choosing the components, some of which Mike advised against. All components are final except the pedals, which will be Eggbeaters, and the seat post. If my calculations are correct, the bike should be <23 lbs with saddle and my pedals.
