Unhappily, this photo (along with almost all of my photo stream) may only remain up for about 24 hours. I have received a notice from Flickr saying I was in violation of their voyeur photography rule. For their purposes, Flickr defines voyeur photos as those taken secretly of men, women, and children, and posted on Flickr for purposes of sexual gratification. And all this time I thought I was just openly sitting courtside taking photos of volleyball matches.
Anyway, my billing date is coming up soon. While I have sent an appeal letter to Flickr, I certainly don't intend to renew my paid subscription at this time. I will most likely delete any photos containing a human (probably 90% of my images) and drop down to a free account.
Edit 10-3-21: With the exception of this photo, I have removed all of my images which contained a person. I left this photo up (at least temporarily) as the message and comments describe what happened to my photos. As mentioned earlier, I will have to decide what to do with my account after this point.
Update: 5-6-22: With mixed feelings, today I renewed my Pro account for 3 months. I think I've made it fairly clear that I'm not very happy with Flickr right now. Still, the ads on a free account are a very noticeable distraction, and I will have to see if Flickr repeats its "voyeur policy" nonsense with my account. Time will tell.
