This photo was taken before February 8, 1993. I was working in Irwin, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. These strange clouds formed, and I took several photos with my cheap point-and-shoot film camera (this was before digital cameras). Sometime around 1994-1996, my friend scanned these for me.
