Green Oliver and S Bubble Dress for Lucy

I am a huge fan of this Oliver and S Bubble Dress pattern. So of course little Lucy will receive another for her 2nd birthday (I have made her 2 others in the past). This little cutie is made of chartreuse fabrics given to me a while ago by my Aunt Marlene and some buttons out of my button box. I even signed my name and the year inside beside the button placket :)
